Share Your Story

Is your child on the Pediatric Stroke World Map yet? If not, we want to hear from you!

For World Stroke Day 2017, join hundreds of others who have already shared their child’s story from around the world! Here is your chance to add your child’s stroke information to the interactive map and be counted. You may even find someone in your local area!

Sharing your personal story of how stroke impacted your child or you as a child, can indeed be difficult for some. However, we encourage sharing, because it is through being visible that we can build hope and unite communities across the globe for change! If you (as a child had a stroke) or your child has been impacted by pediatric stroke, we ask you to please fill out the short registration form below and add your own marker to our map. Include the first name of the person who has had a pediatric stroke, age at time of stroke, and your general location. You may include a brief story (up to 500 words) and a photo if you would like (2oo px x 2oo px max size). All stories will be visible on our interactive map intended for sharing, so by adding your marker below you agree to our privacy policy

Let’s honor these children and fill up the map for World Stroke Day!

Please Note: Your marker doesn’t appear instantly after you submit it. It can take up to 24 hours for your marker to post to the map, so please check back! To enter your story using a smart phone, it may be necessary to turn your phone horizontally. If that does not work, you may submit your story to info@united4pediatricstroke.org and we will post it for you. Please include your location so we can accurately post the marker.
